I Am Alive Challenge : July 3 2026

I’ve failed to do the minimum 5k steps for actifit reward. That’s why I didn’t post yesterday. I had less than 5k steps yesterday and today. I’ve been home throughout. I didn’t check my step count, would have gone for a walk. Hopefully I make the step count tomorrow. Ghana playing at dawn against Columbia in the FIFA World Cup round of 32. Wishing them the best.
