Off day today too. Went to the gym today. Getting lazy with the gym. My money is going to waste. Saw a TikTok video talking about not going to the gym everyday and that ideally, you need a day in between workouts to build muscle. I also saw other videos talking about you need to stay consistent and train if you want to get muscles. I don’t even know which is better. I’m trying out the rest between days to see how it goes. If I don’t see any improvements, then I’d have to go very often, maybe 5 times a week. Hoping for the best.
