I Am Alive Challenge : April 21 2026

Off day today. Start of the week, and towards the end of the month. Alls well here and I thank God for life. My mum’s blood pressure has been a bit high lately and doctors say it’s because her cholesterol levels have gone high. Met a guy in a WhatsApp group selling herbal medicine that reduces blood pressure and I’m contemplating getting some for my mum. Don’t know if she’d take it though as she prefers hospitals. Time will tell what I’d decide.
