Brand new week, third month in the gym. I feel pains all over. I feel pains in my right shoulder, so I can’t lift weights above my head unless they are light. I feel pains in my back whenever I bend over. I feel pains in my left knee occasionally for no reason. I’m yet to see any physical improvements in my looks though. Maybe gym isn’t for me.
