Went for aerobics today. The gym offers aerobic exercises on Saturdays to the general public. I took part to day. It helped me gain more than 20k steps at the end of the day. Quite a remarkable achievement. Hoping to do more as the days go by. 1st week and I did 4 days. Not bad. Want to do 6 days of training per week until July. So help me God, Amen.
