I Am Alive Challenge : September 18 2025

A quiet day today. Today was the final funeral rites and burial of the Asantehemaa, Nana Konadu Yiadom III, the Queen mother of the Ashanti Empire. She was 98. Due to this, there were restrictions placed on businesses and movements. Only essential businesses and movement were allowed. There was no work today as well. Spent the day indoors. Didn't do much. I wasn't even able to do 5k steps. Hopefully, I make up for it tomorrow
