My Actifit Report Card: September 24 2023
Two laps of the parkrun course got me a decent activity count. The first five kilometre lap loop was to set up the course with direction arrows and kilometre marker. We also checked that the course is safe to use, no flooding or trees down. The second lap was the actual event. I like setting up the course as I get a volunteer stat and credit, and I still get to run and a run stat after, though it does mean we are up pretty early to get it done.

Got a fair bit of yard and house chores done as well as a bit of upper strength training as well.
In the evening, I watched the Brisbane Lions book a spot in the Australian football league grand final by beating the Carlton Blues.
