Today was a classic Tuesday—emails breathing down my neck, calendar stacked tighter than a burrito, and my stomach loudly petitioning for a snack break. The easy choice would’ve been to grab something indulgent and park myself in front of another screen.
But then I looked out the window. Boom—clouds floating like storybook fluff and a path that practically whispered, “You’ve got 30 minutes. Let’s roll.”
So I rolled. One single walk, but it felt like a full-on rebellion against the sit-all-day hustle. 6km of gravel underfoot, 7.8k steps of peace, and wind turbines slowly spinning like giant zen masters in the distance.
It’s not about going far—it’s about going at all. And today, that was enough.
