FreeCompliments Community – Delayed Rewards + Community Opinion

For user A I'd say it depends on what you are rewarding them for. If it is just for their threads, then I'd say that's fine. If the rewards are for their longform, then I'd say no. User A doesn't attribute her work either and the format is nearly identical to User B's.

For user B, I think her actions prove the accusation and since they are, by all indications abandoning the account, they shouldn't receive any rewards.

The challenge here is sometime there is no clear line between right-wrong and like-dislike. Sometime even personal buff against someone taken as abuse correction due to favouritism over one side.

So IMO just do what we think and we believe is right. Open to all opinion and feedback, whether we take it or not. And I believe you have done excellently on those term.

About hsbi, for long time ago I am against sending hsbi as reward, even on my personal giveaway post. The reason is simple, only active blogging people on hive can take benefit on Hive. Sometime we want to reward people regardless they are active or not on HIVE, and HSBI couldn't reach those people.

Well first off they worked for the reward, both the active and inactive, we do not judge though my opinion would have been to follow procedure and grant them what they worked for a week. But if one aint active on hive how will he get rewarded.?

So rewarding the active one is a better idea on threads, then contacting the other maybe through discord to see if he is still interested in the reward is another idea. Besides a promise is a promise and our word is our bond. Hive watchers doesnt stop freecompliment from fulfilling what they've promised
