My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2022

Hello everyone 😁 how was your day today? I am back once again to report on my actifit activity today yay 😁

I got myself a good walking workout today. Thanks to the holidays yay. 1.5 hours in the morning and anothet 1.5 hours in the afternoon.

This was my girst double routine and it won't be the last. In fact I want to have a double routine if my son has no classes. Hopefully this will lessen the time it would take to get me to my ideal weight.

I witnessed a beautiful sunset by the way so even though I was so tired in the afternoon for me it was all worth it 😁
