FreeCompliments Community – Some of Our Newly Created Community Accounts!

Over the past couple of months, we’ve created a few new community accounts with different purposes. Here’s a description of some of them so you know what’s going on.

@fc-arbitration

This account, frankly improperly named, was created for swing trading for the community. I injected some of my personal funds into this account and have been using it to swing trade $HIVE and $HBD for the purpose of earning more $HIVE. In total, I’ve made a net profit; however, I’ve also had a few substantial losses along the way. It’s expected, and frankly I’m happy that I’m still pulling off a net positive! This is certainly helping us come closer to breaking even (when our HSBI expenditures match our earnings) – at which point this community will start becoming profitable.

@fc-nominations

This account was created for our new curators to post their nominations for posts, compliments, and non-compliments comments approximately 4 times per week. They’ll be creating the initial post this week! These nominations will become part of our monthly contest.

@fc-leo-curator

This account was created to curate Threads on the InLeo UI related to the FreeCompliments community, particularly those with the #freecompliments tag, and everyone who participates in our mental health initiative. I’m on the curation trail, and it’s going to be receiving a delegation from leofinance this week. We’re using this as an incentive to post quality content on Threads which will make it a more friendly, interactive environment.

@fc-fitness

This account was created to post weekly fitness challenges and encourage the physical fitness of our members. Physical fitness is an important factor in mental health and overall health, and thus is an important priority. We’re using the weekly contests on this account to award members who participate in the challenges and write out the best post, thus creating rewards for being physically active. The rewards are in HSBI, which ultimately means that physical fitness gets rewarded in our native currency as long as people continue posting.

The totality of these accounts

These accounts are part of the overall FreeCompliments system, which consists of multiple other accounts including @fc-curation (for post curation), @fc-rewards (for post rewards), and @hive-140084 (the main community account). Collectively they’re contributing to community member engagement and providing earnings for the community. Thanks to these accounts, we’re going to continue engaging our members and come closer to financial self-sufficiency.

Additionally, some of these accounts, run our very own members, allow them to earn some $HIVE and HP for running the accounts – not to mention further HSBI. These are actively paying jobs which continue creating a use case for $HIVE as a legitimate financial instrument and form of money.

As we come up with more ideas, we’re going to introduce new community accounts which can be used to further engage the community and help it grow with its members.
