My Actifit Report Card: February 15 2026

Today is Presidents' Day in America. I have this day off so it is a continuation of the weekend for me. Effectively this is a three day weekend for me, but my wife is working today. She has like six calls with her clients today.

I took this day as an opportunity to clean the stove, microwave and the aquarium filter for the sixty five gallon aquarium. Takes over an hour to clean that giant filter because it has multiple levels of filters and it is actually good for an aquarium that is one hundred twenty gallons.

Tomorrow is back to work so I will not be doing as much around the house. Today I have a shower on my list of things to do. But I am thinking of doing it after I do my workout. I have been slacking off on my workouts the last few days as our Valentines day celebration has extended itself into a full weekend.

But today I am finally planning to catch up after the guys who are working on our shower remodel finish up for the day as they are using most of the garage for cutting the tiles. Once I workout I will take a shower and at the same time will wash the shower.

Hive has been weak recently despite some recovery in Bitcoin and altcoins lead by Etherium. Hive is hanging around seven cents. I guess that is better than the six cents we saw recently.

But staked Hive APR is still above four percent at 4.08% and author rewards are still being paid out in Hive instead of HBD. For me that is fine as I am staking every Hive I get. And I think that this is a great time to accumulate Hive tokens. But the fact that we are getting hive instead of HBD and the low price of Hive is an indication that the chain is under stress.

Splinterlands and SPS token are also under stress. In fact SPS token has been under even more stress than Hive token. The Escalation presale is almost halfway through and we have not sold even half of the packs.

As of the time I am writing this there are still 338,712 packs out of half a million packs remaining. I will write a more detailed post analyzing the Escalation mini set presale in a little while, but so far it doesn't seem like we will see Escalation mini set selling out in the presale.

Though there could be a last minute fight between whales for the spots on the Escalation presale leader board and with the price of SPS token falling to about half a cent before recovery to $0.006 those packs priced in SPS are becoming cheaper and more attractive every day.

By the way I finally see the daily trading volume for the SPS token on Aerodrome which is the main Decentralized exchange on the Base blockchain and the daily volume today is around four thousand dollars.

I know that is tiny as far as crypto coin trading volume, but now Coinbase Base chain volume represents around twenty percent of the today SPS trading volume on all exchanges which is significant.

Coinmarketcap still doesn't show the size of the SPS liquidity pool on Base.
