My Actifit Report Card: February 10 2025

Concrete roof tile pointing repairs and replacement. In some places, the original mortar and bedding have disappeared all together. It has taken a bit of time to learn and get it right. It is almost like learning a new trade. It feels a bit like being a brickie or concreter.

The rest of my activity count was some in door cycling to warm up before my morning run and the afternoon stroll in the nature reserve.
