Hello friends, first report in a while, I need to get consistent with these again. My activity has been great this week, i’m just shy of hitting 20K steps but figured I will get my post out before I forget. I’m trying to hit at least 20K daily with my gym routine, the walk to and from provides me with at least 12K steps so I just walk for an extra half hour or longer at the gym and I usually achieve my step goal, it feels pretty easy these days. Felt abit sluggish with my workout today but I didn’t sleep too great last night. Hopefully today’s sleep will be much better!
