My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2026

I need to push myself a little harder each day, feels like I’m doing the minimum if I only just about close my goals before the end of the day. Technically I closed them a long time ago and I did plan on doing some weight training but instead I sat down after my walk and relaxed abit next thing I knew I was sleeping. 😅 No energy to jump into weights after that, tomorrow we’ll make up for it but ideally I need more cardio burn.

A tv show or anime that’s worth watching to binge would be great to find right now, always searching for something interesting it seems

Sometimes it's hard to get motivated, and really, maybe you needed the sleep! I understand where you're coming from though. I am right there with you.

If we all just added 500-1000 steps or another activity, perhaps we'd be satisfied with the results.
