My Actifit Report Card: February 3 2026

Hello friends, hope you’re all well! another day completed, happy with my all round exercise today felt nice and easy, smooth. One issue though this damn ankle, or foot in general it gives me such a headache from the little niggles of pain here and there, lots of discomfort when walking but still managed my steps. I’ve been very sore today also surprisingly, haven’t felt muscles aching for a while so i’m going to protein fuel myself up and head to bed soon!
