I was forced to take it easy again today, I slept so poorly last night I just couldn’t switch my brain off so i’ve been quite tired all day. During my workout it was even hard to push my heart rate above the 100bpm zone without is dropping straight back down, my body just wasn’t up for it today! But still- all goals closed off i’m happy with my progress and another day completed! I’m sure tomorrow I’ll have a bunch of steps as plenty of football matches to enjoy as I walk!
