Another great day! Today is probably the first time since the new year where I’ve looked forward to working out and getting my cardio in. When the inspiration is there it feels so easy, too bad many days are a struggle. 😅
But I did things in reverse today while it was early I finished my weight training and did a good chunk of my cardio then and there, compared to jamming everything in late evening. So my evening consisted of a decently long but effortless walk which was nice, and hitting 16K steps is good progress from the previous days, slowly gaining!
Fitness app with my apple watch doesn’t track every step I take sadly, only steps with my watch on hence the discrepancies between my Actifit total and my screenshots. Have a nice evening friends!
