I just about closed my move fitness ring today which signifies calories burnt, I like having it within the 1000 range as it’s a good amount of effort to reach and it’s good to push yourself of course! But I love the apple tracking because it doesn’t count your default caloric burn, so all calories shown are calories i’ve burned through activity today and moving around!
I’m also glad I managed just over 15K steps today, ankle is still giving me some issues so I’m having to pace the walks which does tend to long them out more, less steps but longer duration 😅
