Hello friends I hope you're all doing great. I managed just under my usual step goal today it was quite a busy one once again and the weather hasn't been all that great, when it's like this its always undermotivating! Need that sun shining to make me want to get out and about and moving. Keeping them legs going!
Need my motivation back for the gym also, keeps coming and going and i'm not a fan of that.. Need to find the spark once more to then stay consistent with everything but right now it feels almost impossible to keep up the 5 days a week going to the gym, always missing a day or two inbetween and then that stretches into more days and so on. Might invest in a walking pad for the home just for extra activity on a general day.
