Howdy friends, I hope you have all been well!
Not much activity from me today regarding the gym I somewhat injured my shoulder a few days back so it’s been a little sensitive so I decided to keep it light today, I went in for mostly for cardio today but still ended up hitting some weights just to keep toned.
I really need to get back in shape to where I was once and ideally be most of the way there before summer hits in the UK 😂 I did want to achieve 10k steps today but along with my shoulder injury I also had a calve injury too abit over a week ago, it’s all fine now no more issues but touch wood, we don’t want another to occur !
