Daily Complimenting Threadcast from the FreeCompliments Community!
A little bit over a month ago, I proposed the creation of a daily complimenting threadcast. Today, I put this idea into action.
Metrics of the First Threadcast
The very first iteration of this threadcast had 37 comments, including those from myself, as well as some bots called in by commands. Not too bad, but there’s certainly room for improvement!
Let’s Improve Engagement
The benefits of increasing engagement on this threadcast will permeate beyond just Threads. Tagging users from all over Hive and giving them compliments will help connect people in a positive way, and let them know that you remember them. This social aspect of Hive is essential to the livelihood of this platform!
Future Threadcasts
I’m already planning out and writing templates for threadcasts based on our daily themes (these are being posted through @hive-140084 every day). These threadcasts will give another way for people to connect and view each other’s posts. I’ll let you know when I officially start posting this – likely not this week because there’s a lot going on in the community!
Conclusion
We’ve now started a daily complimenting threadcast, and we hope that this serves to bring members of Hive together in a very positive and engaging way! I hope you’ll participate in it, too.
