Hola, querido hiver.

Ayer terminé poniéndome un relajante muscular que me ha ayudado a dormir como una reina. Me he levantado mejor, más descansada y despejada. Gracias a eso el día me ha cundido en actividades. No tanto por el aspecto físico, que he apurado para llegar al mínimo de actividad, sino por el mental.

Los eventos del Discord de Pizza son divertidos y al mismo tiempo me proporcionan aprendizajes y nuevas relaciones. Eso siempre es positivo, pues de cada persona aprendo tanto lo que imitar como qué evitar.

Terminar el día con el paseo familiar es el broche de oro para un día estupendo. Hasta el huevo duro que tenía para comer llevaba dos yemas. 😁

Mi reflexión

Cada detalle suma o resta, da igual el tamaño que tenga o la importancia que le atribuyamos. Esas huellas, como si fueran líneas de la blockchain, quedan grabadas y mediante su acumulación van conformando una realidad que al principio solo era un destino.

Lo mejor del caso es que no se necesitan grandes esfuerzos o empujes. Es la constancia y la repetición por pura inercia la que nos transporta hasta lo que deseamos. El conjunto de todas las decisiones que tomamos de forma individual y libre es lo que terminamos siendo.

Podemos moldear nuestra suerte comportándonos como pretendemos ser. ¿Quieres ser buena persona? Sé amable con los que te rodean. ¿Más sabio? Lee, mira documentales o vídeos educativos. ¿Tener más dinero? No gastes todo lo que ganas. ¿Estar más sano? Cuida tu dieta y haz ejercicio.

Lo anterior puede parecer obvio pero no lo es. Hace falta voluntad de hierro para evitar las tentaciones que se nos presentan con frecuencia. Más aún cuando la sociedad actual premia lo inmediato y castiga lo previsor y prudente. Sé fiel a ti, útil a los demás y no te preocupes de nada más. Cuando menos te lo esperes descubrirás que has alcanzado tu bienestar.

Bitácora del día

Por la mañana: tareas domésticas, curación de contenidos.

Por la tarde: segunda parte de curación, asistencia a los eventos del Discord de Pizza, tareas variadas de Hive y paseo con mi marido y el perrito.

Hi, dear hiver.

Yesterday I ended up taking a muscle relaxant that helped me sleep like a queen. I woke up better, more rested and clear. Thanks to this, the day has been full of activities. Not so much for the physical aspect, which I have rushed to reach the minimum of activity, but for the mental aspect.

The Pizza Discord events are fun and at the same time provide me with learning and new relationships. This is always positive, as I learn from each person both what to imitate and what to avoid.

Ending the day with the family walk is the finishing touch to a great day. Even the hard-boiled egg I had for lunch had two yolks in it. 😁

My reflection

Every detail adds or subtracts, no matter how big it is or how much importance we attribute to it. These traces, as if they were lines in the blockchain, are recorded and through their accumulation they shape a reality that at the beginning was only a destiny.

The best thing about it is that no great effort or push is needed. It is constancy and repetition by pure inertia that transports us to what we want. The set of all the decisions we make individually and freely is what we end up being.

We can shape our fortunes by behaving the way we intend to be. Want to be a good person? Be kind to those around you. Wiser? Read, watch documentaries or educational videos. Have more money? Don't spend everything you earn. Be healthier? Watch your diet and exercise.

The above may seem obvious but it is not. It takes an iron will to avoid the temptations that often come our way. Even more so when today's society rewards immediacy and punishes foresight and prudence. Be true to yourself, be useful to others and don't worry about anything else. When you least expect it, you will discover that you have achieved your well-being.

Morning: housework, content curation.

Afternoon: second part of curation, attending Pizza Discord events, assorted Hive tasks and walking with my husband and the puppy.
