My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2023
Howdy friends, hope everyone is well as always!
I had a good active day today, weekends I usually just focus on carido and today the gym was quite busy once again so the usual rowing machine sI use were all taken, my gym is quite limited in the equipment, its a pretty small gym for London standards.
I did run a 10k which I'm very proud of, the first 10k I've ever ran and I managed it in 61 minutes, I find that pretty good! 30 minutes per 5k. I burned about 700 calories that hour then headed home to relax for the day, gotta say my ankles are pretty sore but, we made progress with our stamina and general progression!
