A large group of clouds, which have infiltrated this beautiful, serene and very close to spring weather, has been caught with his hands in the sack by the sun that has provided with the passage of hours to wipe them out.
In the afternoon it was the ideal day to go to the park with my son Gaetano to breathe clean and fresh air
In the midst of the anticyclone infiltrated the cold currents of the burian, the icy wind that comes from the east, which brings strong gusts of dry cold.
The humidity in the park provides the ideal environment for growing mushrooms.
Although the bad weather has raged for almost a month and a half fierce autumn is not that just started because the temperatures are very high especially at night.
Now, however, the first leaves of the trees begin to yellow, but we are almost at Christmas.
Once in Campania in Naples in September the trees were almost all already stripped of leaves now wait for December to turn yellow.
This is a sign that it is an evolution in a time change is coming. Year after year there are increasingly significant clues.
The days begin to shorten considerably as the winter solstice is almost here, with the shortest day of the year and temperatures have fallen considerably after sunset.
It’s time to go home while, slowly, you start to turn on the evening lights and the spotlight on this #actifit report goes out.
The spotlight on the #poliac Silver League is also beginning to fade and the #macfit is beginning. Today is the first day of qualifying and I hope to have done a number of steps useful to qualify me to the next step.
