I head out for a run around 6am, it's still dark. I jog for about a half hour, around 3.3km. I hit some nice quiet treelined streets around sunrise.
Later in the morning a friend calls and asks if I have some time to help him with some landscaping. Happy to oblige and postpone office work for a few hours. I head out to his farm for some gravel shovelling. Cool but sunny it was good to be outside and get a good workout.
At the time of writing this Tuesday is close to done, I've logged 14,746 steps. My goal this week is to run on three of the days, workout or cross train on the three other days, and rest one day. So far I'm on track.
Sunday - 5k run
Monday - Full body workout
Tuesday - 3k run.
