My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2025
Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. The weather was clear and warm today. I woke up early. After having breakfast with my family, I went to the doctor. I was at the hospital until noon, and unfortunately, things didn't go well, which really bothered me. I'm very angry and unhappy, but I have full confidence that I'll get through this.
I'm exhausted from the last two days, so I'm going to rest at home tomorrow. By the way, I exceeded 5K today. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
