My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I woke up around 5:00 a.m. to the sound of thunder and rain, and it was the heaviest rain I've seen in a long time. Fortunately, it didn't last long, otherwise some areas could have flooded and there could have been floods. I sat for a while and then went back to sleep.

I went out in the afternoon and it was raining lightly, so I took a short walk. I couldn't walk very far, but I still managed to exceed 5K. The weather suddenly got colder, I hope winter doesn't come so early, last year winter came in November and the weather got colder. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
