Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. The weather was clear and sunny today, but it wasn't too hot. I got up early in the morning and went for a walk, walking for about 30 minutes. I returned home and had a breakfast full of greens. I haven't eaten fatty and carbohydrate-rich foods for about 10 days and have lost about 5 kilos, which is truly incredible, but I need to lose even more weight.
I was feeling tired and weak today, so I didn't go out in the afternoon and spent time at home and read a book. I'm going to bed and rest soon, to be honest I only turned on my computer to browse the Hive and play Splinterlands, I wouldn't even turn on my computer if it weren't for them. Bay the way, I managed to exceed 7K today. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
