My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. Today I took my son to the IT center, and just like yesterday, they had three hours of classes. They conducted experiments for three hours and my son will repeat the same experiments next week, record them on video, and post them on YouTube. To be honest, I'm very curious about them too.

Today the weather was incredibly hot and humid, so while my son was in class, I read a book at the library. I went for an evening walk but couldn't walk very far, so I returned home early, but I still managed to exceed 7K. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
