My Actifit Report Card: April 19 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. Today the weather was sunny and nice, but towards evening it rained, and even though it rained it was warm. We went to visit relatives with my family before noon and had a great time but I couldn't walk much but I still managed to exceed 10K today. Today I walked with my family, we both had fun and walked and tomorrow we aim to exceed 20K, let's see if we can do it.

Today is 79 days since I quit smoking and every day I feel better and healthier, the best part is that I don't smoke around my kids anymore. We need to keep children away from cigarettes. If you smoke, I strongly recommend you to quit. Life without cigarettes is really great, Enjoy your life in a healthy way!
