My Actifit Report Card: March 26 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I met my friends today and we went out with them. Since the weather was cool, we went to the cafe and chatted there, but I still went for a walk in the evening and although I couldn't walk very far, I managed to exceed 5K.

And today it has been 55 days since I quit smoking and every day I feel better and healthier, life without cigarettes is truly a wonderful life, if you smoke I highly recommend you to quit. Life is wonderful despite everything and enjoy it in a healthy way.
