
I started a new running program based on my watch and garmin. This one is more focused on getting a faster time for a 5 km parkrun.

I just used some trail fire trail but had to include a dead u turn to keep the course flat ish.

It wanted me to do 6 x 400m at or just under my goal pace of 4:45 per kilometre. I did better than I thought, but I needed the full 200m walk in between.

All the data is great.

Other than the running, I have been working in our kitchen. I wanted to swap our fridge and food cubboard. It is a long story for another time, but the fridge door swings into the space where I want to put another wall up.

It was a bit more involved than I thought, but I got there in the end.
