My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2026

New parkrun Day, this course made me earn my activity count with 120 metres of elevation gain on the 5 kilometre course.
My time blew out to over 30 minutes because I had to help a lost child find their parents just before the end. She thought her Dad had left without her.
I was able to convince her to walk to the finish line with me. Where her dad was waiting.
