My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2025

More soccer field intervals after a day of yard work.

We don't have a measured track nearby, so I just set my garmin to time 10x1 minute efforts with 2 minutes recovery in between and see what I can get. I had a few friends there too, but they were doing longer 1 and 2 km intervals.
