My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2025

The punkin patch was looking pretty sad after we had been away for nearly a month, but surprisingly, there was a decent looking butternut hiding undersome of the only remaining green leaves. It will be interesting to see what it tastes like.

A good activity count with my morning long run, a visit to my son's place, and an afternoon stroll.

I think it will be fine. We’ve had trouble here with the long dry spell and went away for a week to come back to a garden in dire need of some kind of miracle. One of the roses looked dead, so we brought it indoors, it’s a small one in a pot but it had sun damage. Stood it in a tray of water for a few days and it greened back up. Planted it back outdoors in new soil, new pot and hopefully it will be ok.

We had rain yesterday for the first time in months, proper rain and thunder. Ever hailed for awhile.
