My Actifit Report Card: May 25 2025
Photo credit of yesterday parkrun at Minnippi to volunteer photographer. It is quite a nice event with two laps around the lake and an out and back to the start finish area. It draws a pretty big crowd about 400 most weeks. I jogged this week trying to keep it in my easy zone 2 and finished well back.
