I have been trying to cook and eat cleaner. It is easier said than done. Any change is time-consuming and takes a bit of getting used to, but I am getting thereslowly. Eating less meat means I have to watch my protein intake, legumes and nuts are not as exciting as meat and it fells like I have to eat a lot more of them to get the same amount of protein as a cut of meat.
I need as much energy and recovery fuel as possible to maintain a decent activity count.
