My Actifit Report Card: May 1 2025

My morning run cast some good shadows on top of one of our little hills in the nature reserve. I finished the second coat of paint on the guttering it looks pretty good, but I should probably give it 3 coats if I want to last as long as possible.

In the afternoon, we visited my son and had a bit of a walk along the bay before driving home while the sun was setting.
