My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2025

More easy morning zone 2 running with my heart rate well under the 130 beats per minute. I am starting to enjoy it too much (moving too slow) and need to start building a bit more speed. Make sure I am using all of my zone 2.

Most of the middle of my day was house chores. The pools salt chlorine system needed cleaning. It is supposed to be able to reverse polarity every time it switches and be self-cleaning, but every summer I need to pull it apart and soak it in hydrochloric acid to get salt build up off it.

A nice afternoon stroll in the nature reserve after the heat of the day started to give in.
