Today was another day of intense heat; the atmosphere felt very heavy, lots of dust in the streets, cars kicking up dirt as they passed by, garbage everywhere, poor hygiene has seeped even into our souls. That's why today I also went out to get some fresh air after work—I needed to walk a bit, meditate, and cleanse my lungs.

The afternoon was wonderful and the view of the sea was beautiful; I relaxed just as I wanted. The sea is the best place to relax, meditate, and analyze our thoughts.

Now I'll be able to sleep better despite the blackout. Nice night to everyone 🤗 🫶🏾

Hoy fue otro día de intenso calor, el ambiente se sentía muy cargado, mucho polvo en las calles, los autos a su paso levantando ollin, la basura que pulula por doquier, la mala higiene se ha colado hasta en nuestras almas, por eso hoy también me fui a tomar aire fresco después del trabajo, necesitaba caminar un poco, meditar y limpiar mis pulmones.

La tarde estaba maravillosa y la vista del mar preciosa, me relajé tal y como deseaba. El mar es el mejor lugar para relajarse, meditar y analizar nuestros pensamientos.

Ahora podré dormir mejor a pesar del apagón. Linda noche para todos 🤗 🫶🏾
