My Actifit Report Card: May 8 2026

Hey Actifitters,

Another busy work day to finish the week, but we did take multiple breaks in the yard. Almost every time, we woke up Le Chat who was having one of her legendary napping sessions on the dog bed.

We actually started our daily walk before sundown but I had a long phone call and so we just roamed in the small forest behind the front yard and in the neighborhood without any target in mind. When I was done with the call, it was already nighttime but we walked a couple more loops in the small forest.

Kaia forgot about her leg pain and had fun.

As often, we met Le Chat back near the forest edge.

But she didn't follow us when we added a little more distance in the neighborhood.

She was back near the dog bed when we came back, still looking sleepy. It's not easy being Le Chat!

Well, it was again a pretty good step count due to steps taken while on the phone. I like this kind of optimization of time, not wasting time spent on the phone. Like I said, it's probably not as efficient as an intentional walk, but it's better than nothing!
