My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2026

Hey Actifitters,

Just a few days ago, I was praising the accuracy of the weather forecast. Well, yesterday was different, instead of the rain predicted for most of the day, we had a mostly dry day, albeit a bit cloudy and gloomy. That made Le Chat so visibly happy! Yes, I know I make that joke often but come on, look at that face!

In the afternoon, we even saw a little bit of the sun and that's exactly around the time we were ready for our daily walk.

I had a late afternoon meeting with customers in Asia, so we didn't have enough time to go to the bigger forest. So instead we went deeper inside the small forest behind the front yard.

During one of our loops in there, we suddenly saw Le Chat appearing in the middle of the forest. She doesn't venture that far in often, so it was nice to see her there. For sure Kaia was glad to find her.

She stayed with us for a couple more loops and she even played near Kaia's favorite obstacle.

Even after a few loops, it was way too short of a walk, so we walked in the neighborhood for a while.

The sun was creating strange reflections in the cloudy sky. Beautiful!

Well, that was really not a very active day. Even after my meeting, I spent too much time on some of my python scripts. When I have an idea in mind, I often don't stop until it works exactly as I want. And that's what happened, I kept at it until very late, but in the end, I had three new simple scripts that did what I wanted. I guess that counts as a win. But that didn't generate much steps obviously. Oh well, we'll do better next time.
