Hello Friends! Today started like any ordinary day, but somewhere inside it was already decided: today I will do it. Not for the numbers, not for the app — but for myself. The first steps were slow, just to warm up, but with each one I felt the pace pick up and my mind clear. As the day went on, I started collecting steps almost without thinking. Paths through the city, obligations, routine… and suddenly I realized that I was no longer walking just like that. I am walking with a purpose. I am walking with energy. I am walking with that quiet inner 'today I will overcome it.'
