Predictable setback... my training diary entry from November 5 2026

Hi Actifitters,

almost a month has passed since my last pull-up workout. For this reason, I didn’t expect to even come close to the performance I achieved in my previous session when I trained yesterday. All things considered, I’m quite happy with the result and feel motivated to get back to my pre-vacation performance level soon. Here is where I currently stand in terms of reverse pull-ups:

So, I’m still 14 reverse pull-ups short of getting back to my former level of fitness. I’m curious to see how long it will take.

Mission 80 (Day 130 = 88.3 kg / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0 kg / Total loss = 1.7 kg)

The fact that the scale showed 100 grams more today is likely due to last night. I went out for a meal with a colleague after work, and I probably ended up slightly exceeding my calorie limit. ;)

Today’s plan includes close-grip push-ups and a few dumbbell exercises. Whether I’ll also find time to hop on the bike afterward depends on my workload. Fortunately, I’m able to work from home again today.
