(Unfortunately, I took far too few photos in Greece, but I’m sure I can still find a few to share with you. Here is a great sunset shot from one of the last evenings.)
Hi Actifitters,
I hope you are all doing well and staying fit and active. As for me, I’m unfortunately not back to being active yet, as I’m still not quite at 100% following a recent cold. Consequently, my physical activity yesterday consisted solely of routine, everyday tasks.
I went shopping, did the first load of laundry from my vacation, stopped by an acquaintance’s place to help him with some computer issues, and visited my mother to give her the gift I had brought back for her from Greece.
All of that ultimately brought me to a quite satisfactory number of steps. I hope that I’ll be able to exercise again soon and that my physical activity will soon involve more than just taking steps.
Mission 80 (Day 117 = 88.0 kg / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0 kg / Total loss = 2.0 kg)
The first 100 grams of the weight I gained on vacation are gone—and that’s despite the fact that, while I ate fairly healthily yesterday, I did eat quite a lot. I’d be happy for things to continue this way.
If the weather cooperates, I might go for a walk with my wife later. We’ll see what she thinks of the idea when I bring it up to her in a bit. Otherwise, nothing else is planned for today so far.
