(Only autumn can produce such brilliantly red leaves. I took this photo last weekend while I was out and about with my wife.)
Hi Actifitters,
yesterday, reverse pull-ups were on the agenda again. Just like last time, I reached the intermediate goal on my very first attempt. The following tables show where I currently stand.
The previous goal according to the training plan (36):
| set 1 | set 2 | set 3 | set 4 | set 5 | break between sets |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | 8 | 7 | 7 | 9 | 120 seconds |
My previous attempt (34):
| set 1 | set 2 | set 3 | set 4 | set 5 | break between sets |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4 | 9 | 6 | 6 | 9 | 120 seconds |
Yesterdays attempt (36):
| set 1 | set 2 | set 3 | set 4 | set 5 | break between sets |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | 8 | 7 | 7 | 9 | 120 seconds |
The next goal according to the training plan (41):
| set 1 | set 2 | set 3 | set 4 | set 5 | break between sets |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | 10 | 8 | 8 | 10 | 120 seconds |
While I’m optimistic that I can make a slight improvement in my next workout, I can’t imagine managing five more reps right away. It remains to be seen.
I spontaneously swapped my planned cycling session for a balance board workout. It really made me sweat and burned a good number of calories.
Mission 80 (Day 100 = 85.8 kg / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0 kg / Total loss = 4.2 kg)
Finally, the number before the decimal point is a 5 again. I’d be happy for things to stay this way for a few more days before I head off on vacation on Sunday.
After a short break, I’m actually planning to do some cycling training again today. I also want to do a few core stability exercises.
