Hi Actifitters,
after a four-day break from training, I got back to the pull-up bar yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised that my performance hadn't declined since my last session of reverse pull-ups.
In addition, I completed the "Climb of the Week" on Zwift yesterday. During the ride, I tried to maintain a fairly high level of power output throughout the entire duration.

Mission 80 (Day 71 = 85.2 / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0 / Total loss = 4.8 kg)
A full 10 weeks have now passed for "Mission 80," and the total weight loss amounts to 4.8 kilos. This corresponds to an average loss of 480 grams per week.
Since I have an early appointment at the office today, I might not find any time at all for a workout. Keep your fingers crossed that Iām wrong and manage to carve out a little time later in the day after all.
