Happy New Year friends, I hope you've all been well and have had or are having the best end to this year. I'm very happy with my exercise progress today, although I didn't hit my 1000 calories burned goal the rest I am pretty happy with considering.
I walked for about 80+ minutes today and clocked in around 13000 steps. My daily average is prob a tad higher seeing as I don't always have my phone on me or my watch, my model is quite old so the battery is horrendous it dies half way through an average day i.e running apps, clocking in workouts and monitoring my heartbeat. Kind of on the fritter but at least it still gets the job done. I'm hoping 2026 I won't have any more setbacks and I will obtain my fitness levels back to where they once were. Cheers!
