Hows it going friends, I hope everyone is well today! I had a very good and productive day today. I woke up incredibly early and left the house shortly after for my trip to the gym, the journey is pretty long but it's additional cardio to me at this point and extra daily steps.
I'm aiming to shred some chub I put on over the holiday periods so the extra forced walking will go a long way I'd hope, I also did my regular routine weight training exercises I do. Today was mostly centered around back exercises, a couple bicep exercises and only two thigh exercises.
I expected to be able to do a bit more for my leg region but I'm still so sore from the past few workouts, once I'm consistent again I'm sure my recovery time will speed back up, today is one of the most steps I've hit in a long, long time. So I hope this keeps up and motivates me further to keep trying to push 20,000+ steps a day, very close today! 🙂
